BMO HRM Suite - Employee Attendance Tracking System

Quick Start

  1. Configure your attendance policies and work patterns
  2. Set up clock-in methods for employees
  3. Train employees on attendance procedures
  4. Begin monitoring attendance reports

2. System Access

2.1 Web Portal Access

Navigate to your organization's BMO HRM login portal
Enter your username and password
From the dashboard, select: Menu > Employee > Attendance

2.2 Mobile App Access

Download the BizCloud Mobile App (available for iOS and Android)
Log in using your BMO HRM credentials
Tap the Attendance section from the main menu
Note: Mobile app features may vary slightly from the web portal. Ensure you're using the latest version of the app.

3. Clock-In Methods

Supported Clock-In Methods

Web Portal

Username/password login via the web interface

RFID Card

Physical card tap at designated attendance devices

Fingerprint

Biometric verification at attendance terminals

Face Recognition

Facial biometric scanning at compatible devices

Mobile App (GPS/QR)

Location-based or QR code scanning via BizCloud App

Manual Entry

Administrator-only manual time entry

3.1 GPS Clock-In

Location must be enabled on the mobile device
Admin may set Geo-Fencing via Menu > Employee > Employee Type > Geo Fencing
Important: GPS accuracy depends on device capabilities and signal strength.

3.2 QR Code Clock-In

QR Code is scanned using the BizCloud App
Employees must be assigned login IDs via Employee > Employee List > Edit > System Account Tab

3.3 Verification and Security

Photo Verification (per employee) Edit Employee > System Account > Attn with Photo
Company-wide Photo Verification Admin > Company Info > HRM Tab > Attendance with Photo = YES
Geo-Fencing Menu > Employee > Employee Type > Geo Fencing

4. Attendance Management

4.1 Attendance List

Go to: Menu > Employee > Attendance > Attendance List
View date, time in/out, working hours, status (late, early, overtime)

4.2 AI Timesheet Matching

Go to: Menu > Employee > Attendance > AI Timesheet Adjust
AI analyzes multiple entries and picks best in/out match
Admin can manually override suggestions

4.3 Work Pattern Setup

Go to: Menu > HR > Work Pattern
Set schedules (e.g., 9-6, alternate Saturdays, night shift)
Apply to employee or department

  • End Work
  • Lunch Start
  • Lunch End
Configuration
Define types via Menu > Employee > Attendance > Attendance Type
Set whether early/late marks apply

5. Attendance Reports

Available Reports

Summary Report
Menu > Employee > Attendance > Attendance Summary

View and export monthly summaries by employee

Map View

Attendance List includes GPS map links if location recorded

Leave Integration

Leave entries appear in attendance reports for cross-reference
